Alongside the rumored PS4 Neo (a faster version of the current PS4 designed for 4k), a slim version of the PS4 seems to have leaked out via an auction site. Though there is a high possiblity that it is a fake, the amount of images and photos surrounding the measuring scale PS4 slim makes it a very appealing fake at the least.

Looks ok I guess they went with more of a matt tone it seems. I would advise those looking to buy a new console to wait for the ps4 4k that will compete with the xbox scorpio. Same principle can be said for those looking to upgrade their PC. Wait for the newer consoles and see how it affects PC gaming before upgrading.
