Steep? Yes, but it’s good to see another manufacturer go into the thin gaming desktop realm; something I’ve longed to see more ever since the Voodoo Envy came along.

I like the anti-reflective 1920 x 1080 display. Additionally, I wish laptop manufacturers would start investing in IPS displays for their products. It may be a bit more costlier, but it should eliminate most of the viewing angle issues since laptop displays have the biggest roll-off on vertical viewing angles.
Also, I’d rather see a better GPU like the GTX 780m (almost equivalent to a GTX 680) instead of an SSD at $1800 (even if the laptop may not be quite as thin). However, the rest of the laptop’s specs seems pretty solid, not that I’m into expensive 17″ laptops :P.
