In light of all the recent hardware announcements from CES, Nintendo has decided to give their Pokemon fans a very appeasing announcement. Not only did Nintendo announce a new story game in the franchise, they also unveiled that the series is finally going to use 3D polygons for their little critters; no more 2D sprites. The cel-shaded, Dragon Quest-like graphics are a pleasing sight to losers Pokemon fans like me:
Release is set for October.

Yeah, I don’t know how they keep pumping out ‘different’ Pokemon…I’m afraid to know how many they have at this point. If I was still a fan of the franchise though, I would be rather excited. It actually looks pretty good.
The games are all the same(not really) but goddamn if I can’t help still playing them.
