Not exactly a huge leap forward, but it’s good to see some more titles using the technology now. Since Unreal Engine 4 was showcased under closed doors and everyone is keeping quiet, this will have to do for now:
Imagine that, a city-building sim using CryEngine 3. Perhaps SimCity 5 may see some more competition?
It’s nice to see some titles using the new engine. I wish they would have a more clarified licence agreement for their Indie SDK. The UDK is geat in that it clearly states the terms and royalties involved and is much more Indie friendly.
Makes you wonder though, how will this compare to unreal 4? Oh well, we have some good graphics cards coming so I’m not worried in the slightest lol
We need a new benchmark game btw. BF3 is very playable.
