The latest update begins Blizzard’s attempt at region-linking, but lacks balance changes this time around. So all your whining about how overpowered fungal-growth/blink-stalkers/Koreans are have fallen to deaf ears.
Here are the changes:
General
Players from Latin America and North America will soon be able to play games together, add each other to their in-game friends list, and compete on the same ladder. For more information on region linking, please visit the official community site.
Several performance and memory improvements have been made.
“Player Left” messages will once again appear in replays.
The Hellion’s Infernal Pre-Igniter upgrade icon has been updated(now with more blue flames!).StarCraft II Editor Improvements
UI errors will now go into a newly-created Error Display Message window.
Cooldowns shorter than 1/4 of a second no longer display on the command card.
North American players may now be seeing more Spanish and Portuguese being written during chat with their servers being conjoined with South America. Russian and Korean players however, might have a more difficult time; they have to get used to the overwhelming lingual diversity that is present in Europe and Southeast Asia.
Or they can all just speak English; because everyone knows English right? right?

I have nothing against south americans. But i hate playing with them. You can’t understand what they are saying, lag is horrible, and that annoying “jajajajaja”. SC2 is already laggy enough. Couldn’t blizz do something better with their time?
BR? BR? BR? BR? GIB MONI PLOZ!!! HUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUE
instead of doing US and europe *sigh* blizz are sometimes stupid as hell
